Village Hall Online Booking System

Aston Cantlow Village Hall room availability for the Main Hall, Guild Room and Kitchen can now be viewed on line.

A link to the online booking system to do this is here. You can view the availability of any of the rooms for specific dates. Click on Next  or Previous Week or Next or Previous Month to scroll the calendar forward or back, or put in a specific date and click on GO to view availability in the week that includes that date.

Registered customers can also request new bookings online by clicking on the + symbol for the date required and logging into the Hallmaster system.

If you are a frequent user of the hall and want to be a registered customer, send us an email via our contact us page with your full name, address with post code, email address and phone number and we will add you to the system and send you a link for you to set up your password and log in. Please make sure to select Website content as the value for the send to field in your email.

If you are not a registered user, please use the contact us page to send us a booking request. You must include your full name, address with post code, email address and phone number. Don’t forget to include the date, start and end times and rooms you wish to book. Make sure to select Website content as the value for the send to field in your email. as this will route the email to the bookings administrator.

If you need to cancel a booking or change it in any way, use the same contact us page  as for bookings to send us a cancellation or change request. Please ensure that you include your full name and email address and details of the dates and times of the changes required and that you select Website content as the value for the send to field in your email. You will receive an email back to confirm your cancellation or change request.  Cancellation requests received on the day of or after the booking date may not be approved, in which case the booking fee will still be incurred..
