My name is Anne Solomon from the SDC Business Team. I am writing to let you know about an exciting new venture for our District’s residents
We have invited the PopUp Business School to run a START & BUILD A BUSINESS TRAINING EVENT to help us to support people across the District. The more people that attend this online event the more businesses we will help to build! Their approach is very different, and they specialise in helping people that are at a disadvantage or new to starting a business. Here are the details:
- Starts Monday 15 Feb 2021
- 5-day online course, 10am – 3pm daily
- Completely free but people must register here www.popupbusinessschool.co.uk/stratford to guarantee their place
We are running a social media campaign to promote the event and ask if you can help spread the word by following us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram at @VentureHouseSUA and engage with us. Also, please notify us of any key groups (community, craft/hobby, business) we can engage with.

There are no eligibility criteria for attending this event. However as it’s funded by SDC we are ideally promoting to those residing in the Stratford District, although we recognise that as it is online people from outside the district may also join.
