WARWICKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

THE WARWICKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS, LITTLE ALNE) (30 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2019

Warwickshire County Council propose to make the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to impose a 30 mph speed limit on the length of road mentioned in the Schedule below.

A copy of the proposed Order, together with a plan showing the length of road affected and  a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected at the Main Reception, Shire Hall, Market Place, Warwick, at the Stratford-on-Avon District Council, Elizabeth House, Church St, Stratford-upon-Avon CV37 6HX and at the Public Library, Henley in Arden Community Library, Henley in Arden Methodist Church, Henley-in-Arden B95 5AUduring usual opening hours.

SCHEDULE

1. B4089 Alcester Road – From a point 63 metres north of its junction with Burford Lane, to a point 530 metres south-west of its junction with Whitehouse Hill.

2. Burford Lane – From its junction with the B4089, north-west for a distance of 83 metres.

3. Whitehouse Hill – From its junction with the B4089, south for a distance of 40 metres.
