International Older People Day – be inspired in Alcester

Celebrating United Nations International Day of Older Persons

1st October 2018 11am – 2pm,

Jubilee Centre, St Faith’s Road Alcester. B49 6AG

Join us on International Older People’s Day.  It’s an opportunity to have a free slice of cake and a cuppa and see what else is going on in your community.

 More than 30 stalls, plus taster sessions and workshops such as 5 Ways to Wellbeing, Tai Chi, Zumba Gold, Yoga, Silver Swans, Nordic Walkers, mini health checks, local interest groups, advice and support, volunteering opportunities, information on care and caring, energy, finance and health, entertainment. Not to forget that all important FREE RAFFLE!!
